Schloss Reinach - Freiburg im Breisgau

We had a really great stay at this smart hotel. Really enjoyed our reasonably spacious rooms. the staff was courteous. the location was particularly good and beautiful, very close to the Italian restaurant. It was also nice to have dinner in the lovely garden.

The staff were very nice all the time of my stay. The restaurant was nice with exceptional food, I tried amazing dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, plus the bathroom was excellent. The provided service was friendly...

We stayed over at Schloss Reinach on our way to Italy. It is close to the highway. It has a very nice courtyard where you can have dinner (when the weather is nice). Excellent buffet breakfast. Fitness and spa facilities.

reasonable base for long stay in freiburg im breisgau. i really enjoyed the bed, it was comfortable. location, walking distance to all attractions.

Thank you for a very relaxing stay. the venue is fairly clean and reasonably large with friendly staff members. the location is excellent and the food is great. It is set in a very nice area. the gourmet restaurant in the hotel is good.

- Tv was a little to small - you have to pull out the plug off the TV to get rid of the bright blue flashing standby-light.

Air Condition was in the room and was working nice Very nice place, very nice outside public area, restaurants etc

All public areas were not AC, it was a real hot day, impossible to be outside...

The bedroom was nicely decorated and had its own bathroom 💫.

Clean, spacious room, protected underground parking, good breakfast.

No wi-fi internet in the room. Cable only which wasn't connected until a staff came to connect. Next morning general failure of the internet system! Lot of aggravation. Hotel of this level must provide undisturbed wi-fi service in all rooms!

We stayed here for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed the place. Everything was wonderful, including competent and extremely helpful staff. the food was outstanding and the location was lovely! Our room was convenient and quiet, just as depicted in the great pictures online, with superior quality.

The heather in the bedroom was cold when we arrived.We opened it, and the heather became slowly warmer, next morning the room was on temperature.Heather in the bathroom was fine.Not acceptable for a 4 * hotel.
